This module provides a strong understanding of how computer systems function and interact. Students will then explore operating systems, focusing on practical usage of Windows operating system, including system navigation, file and folder management, and system settings. The course also introduces the basics of Linux, helping learners understand command-line concepts and the structure of open-source operating systems. The course provides extensive training in Microsoft Office Suite, which is widely used for office automation. Students will gain practical skills in Microsoft Word for document preparation, Excel for spreadsheets and data analysis, PowerPoint for creating presentations, and Microsoft Access for database management. Learners will also be introduced to programming concepts using Python, where they will understand fundamental programming constructs such as variables, data types, control structures, functions, and basic problem-solving techniques. Another important module is Database Management Systems (DBMS). Students will learn the concepts of databases, data organization, and database operations.
